The plans involve demolishing 54 and 56 Stonehouse Lane.

The proposed development is in two parts. No. 54 will be demolished and replaced by two detached four-bed houses.

There is extant consent for the No. 56 plot for three houses. The new proposal is to demolish the house and replace it with four new five-bed houses.

The proposed development includes a total of nine spaces for the six houses and there would space for storing up to four cycles for each house.

The planning reference is 25/01499/FUL and the deadline for comments is 11th May.
