Green Party leader Natalie Bennett will be visiting Bath again on Tuesday 14th of June to help the ‘Greener In’ campaign, the party’s positive and progressive case for voting to stay in the EU.

Ms Bennett and members of Bath and NE Somerset Green Party will be handing out leaflets and engaging with the public from 4pm outside Bath Spa station and Kingsmead Square.

Residents and visitors are invited to go and find out more about why the Green Party supports remaining in the EU, how it has helped secure a lasting peace in Europe which has enabled us to enjoy the longest period of prosperity in history, how it has put pressure on companies and governments to reduce levels of air and water pollution, and how as EU citizens we are free to study, work, travel and retire anywhere across Europe.

Ms Bennett is a regular visitor to Bath and was last here supporting Bath City FC’s bid for supporter ownership.

The Green Party achieved the largest increase in vote share of all parties in the general election and gained its first councillors in B&NES last May.
