Avon and Somerset Police are asking for help to identify a man they’d like to talk to about a sexual assault on a woman in the Larkhall area of Bath in September.
He is white, in his 40s, short, of heavy build, with fair hair. He was wearing light blue jeans and a green or khaki T-shirt.
The 28-year-old woman reported that the assault happened soon after midnight on Saturday 13th September in the Spring Lane area.
She was walking home along Charlcombe Lane when she met a man she recognised from earlier that evening from outside the Larkhall Liberal Club.
They walked down to the bottom of Spring Lane where they parted, the woman heading for a footpath behind Uphill Road.
She was then grabbed from behind, pushed to the ground and assaulted. Her attacker then walked away towards Spring Lane.
Anyone who recognises the man from the description or the efit image, or who may have any information, is asked to call Bath CID on 101 quoting crime reference number 95016/14.
