Plans to fix leaking roofs at two apartment blocks at the Western Riverside development in Bath have been submitted to the council.

Alexandra House at Bath Riverside, where work was undertaken earlier this year
The application from Crest Nicholson for Highgate House and Palladian House follows the approval of a similar one for nearby Alexandra House last October.
The buildings were approved in 2010 under Phase 1A of the development at the former Stothert & Pitt works.
This application is for amendments to the roof profile of the buildings to deal with problems of water ingress.
A small increase in the eaves height of the buildings is being proposed, along with a slight change in roof pitch.
Bath & North East Somerset Council is due to make a decision on the proposed non-material amendments later this month.
