Children from across Peasedown St John were invited to a free Christmas Party last Saturday, organised and hosted by the village’s Residents’ Association.
Featuring festive food and drink, Christmas sing-a-longs and a special visit from Father Christmas, the party also included a special Christmas Zumba performance led by Leasa Keen of Total Fitness Movements, Radstock.
Local councillor Karen Walker, who attended the event, said: “Well done to Joy Gosz and the Residents Association for organising a fantastic party at the weekend.
“It was great to see so many children coming along, having fun, and taking away a gift from Santa who made a special visit to Peasedown.
“There are a record number of events happening around the community this December. I’d encourage everyone to attend something this Christmas time.”
The Peasedown St John Residents’ Association Children’s Christmas Party was held on Saturday 13th December at St John’s Close Hall.
