A series of breakfast coaching clinics have been launched in Bath to help give business skills an overhaul across the local area.

Bath based Whynot? Coaching, set up by former Metro UK Director Liza Hughes, is launching the clinics for managers who want to expand their knowledge or overcome specific issues.

These include:

  • Working through your strengths;
  • Understanding your limiting beliefs and controlling them;
  • Managing stakeholder expectations to improve communications and productivity;
  • Setting meaningful goals and sticking to them;
  • Managing your time effectively to get the most out of your day;
  • Coaching your teams to be more effective.

Liza explained: “Coaching is designed to be a more personal experience than traditional training and these clinics will offer attendees the opportunity to gain some fresh insight and perspective that they can apply to their own personal situations.

“We will work on ‘live issues’ so that participants can get the most out of their learning and immediately apply new strategies when they get back to the office – of course it won’t be necessary to discuss these issues with the group.”

Liza set up Whynot? Coaching nine years ago to help businesses develop great organisational culture by helping teams and individuals to flourish through coaching.

Since then she has worked with clients including the BBC, Future Publishing, Virgin Mobile and Cancer Research UK.

The clinics will take place between 8.00-10.30am starting on 5th June 2014.

The price includes 21?2 hours of learning, all materials, refreshments and a free day pass to stay at Bath’s most vibrant coworking community, The Hub at The Guild.
