The Bath Fertility Clinic has completed its move to a state of the art facility at the Bath Business Park in Peasedown St John.
Commercial property specialists Colliers International project managed the entire scheme including construction and fit out.
John Osborn from Colliers International’s Building Consultancy Department said the £1.5m IVF clinic offered clients from across the West outstanding clinical standards in a purpose built unit next door to Circle Bath.
He said: “The clinic was previously based at an older unit at Bath RUH but the new site offers some 6,000 sq ft of purpose built facilities specially designed for the consultants’ needs.”
The centre includes six consulting rooms is easily accessible and has ample on-site car parking. There is also potential to further develop the site.
James Edwards from the planning team at Colliers International, who also worked on the project, said: “This development provides a well-designed, purpose built facility to serve an important medical sector.
“The site was noted as having archaeological importance and the careful design of the development and comprehensive archaeological work in the lead up to obtaining consent and during construction has ensured that any archaeological impact was avoided.”
