Milsom Place To Host ‘Dress To Impress’ Evening

Autumn/Winter ’14 fashions are to launch in true style with “Dress to Impress”, an event for the shoppers in Bath on Thursday 18th September from 5.00 to 8.00 pm.

You can start planning your autumn wardrobe and head to the fashionable Milsom area to check out the must-have looks for the season.

‘Dress to Impress’ will solve style dilemmas and create a look that will suit your body shape whilst maintaining your own sense of style.

Experts from each store will be on hand to guide you through the latest Autumn/Winter ’14 fashions, and direct you to key pieces to integrate into your existing wardrobe.

The Bath BID and Milsom Place are working with over 40 selected Bath stores to create this great evening, between 5pm and 8pm, of late shopping with treats attached for this more intimate shopping experience where you can discover key elements from the season’s trends and make them work for you.

Bath is blessed with a mix of the most covetable fashion brands with stylish independents so a great resource to create a distinctive and different wardrobe that works well for both business and leisure.

Sarah Mansfield, Director of Milsom Place said: “We are delighted to be working with other shops in the Milsom area to showcase autumn fashions.

“This is a key season and it is a great opportunity to take time and look again at our wardrobes and this is perfect for anyone who wants a more personalised service and to find a look to suit their lifestyle this season.”

You can enjoy a glass of bubbly at LK Bennett plus 20% discount and a gift with purchase (exclusions apply.) Personal stylists will also be on hand to advise on the new A/W 14 collection.

Autumn is the perfect time to invest in a pair of on trend boots. Seven Boot Lane celebrates its first anniversary at Milsom Place with a champagne reception offering 15% off.

The Autumn/Winter range of boots and shoes reflects the fashionable design, high quality and craftsman ship for which Seven Boot Lane is renowned.

At Channii B get 10% off limited edition shoes and handbags plus a free gift with every purchase – and don’t miss your chance to meet designer Chantal Pilon who will sign your shoes or boots. Clarks will be offering 20% of adult’s shoes and bags.

To accessorise your home head to True Grace who will be giving away a 20cl candle worth £18 with every purchase over £30 or Yves Delorme  and receive 20% off  wool, silk or cashmere throws plus 20% off linen when spending £500 or more.

The Loft is laying on a fashion show by Howl & Wolf and Blue in aid of the Chrones & Ulcerative Collitus Association – tickets are £10 on the door.

Pick up a free canvas tote bag with every purchase at Toast or a complimentary Camilla Cosmetic Purse with evry handbag purchased at Liz Cox.

Bibico will offer 10% off the new Autumn2014 collection plus a further 10% with sign up to monthly newsletter. Aria will give 10% off all purchases of the new winter lingerie and nightwear collections.

The Dressing Room will offer 20% off any Lisanza purchase and Officina Tessile will give £10 off any made to measure shirts.

Gap will be giving 20% off full price clothing and Jigsaw will be hosting a style party with drinks, nibbles and a goody bag to show off the new season collection. Be the first 10 customers to spend over £100 between 5 and 8pm at Mimi Noor and receive a goody bag worth £50.

Kooples will be open late for drinks and nibbles and Phase Eight will be offering 20% off and a goodie bag. Grace and Mabel (also offering 20% off) will be taking part in the evening along with Russell and Bromley, Hobbs, Comptoir des Cottonniers, Molton Brown, Reiss and Duo who will all offer 10% off.

Gather a group of friends and make an evening of it with dinner at one of Milsom Place eateries. Cote Brasserie are offering a complimentary Kir Royale with each main course, or head up the road to The Porter where you can enjoy a free glass of fizz when dining in Claytons Kitchen, free entrance to the Jazz night and two for one cocktails.

Sub 13 is also offering two for one cocktail’s on the evening of the 18th, or book a table at Martini who will offer guests a Bellini when they order a main course.
