Macmillan cancer support will once again be holding it’s biggest fundraising event in Bath and across the UK on Friday 27th September.

What is the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning?

The event gets people from all over the UK to hold a coffee morning to raise money for cancer support.

As part of the nationwide event, coffee mornings will be held in and around Bath leading up to the event and on the day itself. There will also be an exciting promotional display on Stall Street which will be revealed two weeks before the Big Day, so head into Bath city centre to check it out!

Why get involved?

One in three people will get cancer and even more will be affected by it through friends and family. Macmillan provides medical, emotional, practical and financial support, helping patients and their loved ones to face the fight and get through it.

In 2012 115,000 people signed up to coffee morning, raising a record £15 million. This year they want to raise even more.

Getting involved is a piece of cake, simply sign up on Macmillan’s website and they’ll send you a lovely Coffee Morning kit, full of everything you need for a delicious and successful coffee morning.

Or easier than that, simply find an event close to you using Macmillan’s interactive map and turn up! Simple.

To find out more about the event, how to get involved and how Macmillan helps go to www.macmillan.org.uk
