Katherine was chosen as she has demonstrated outstanding commitment and dedication to La Jolie Ronde since joining just over 2 years ago.

She has rapidly built up her business over this short time now well over 70 children in 4 schools, 2 nurseries and 1 open centre.

La Jolie Ronde’s General Manager Steve Baker said: “Katherine was chosen as she has shown outstanding commitment and dedication to La Jolie Ronde since joining us in 2012.

“She is a well organised and very hard working individual whose style of teaching is dynamic brimming with enthusiasm and energy.

“Katherine has a very special presence in front of her pupils and her passion and professionalism together with her drive and enthusiasm about all things Spanish pervades through to her excellent teaching.

“These qualities make her not only a great ambassador but an extremely worthy winner”, he added.

Katherine said, on finding out she had won the Award: “I was surprised and delighted to be awarded Licensee of the Year given there are so many other licensees doing such a great job. Working with La Jolie Ronde has been very rewarding and has provided me with a great teaching tool and a wonderful support network”.

Katherine was presented with her trophy by La Jolie Ronde’s Founder, Colette Hallam.

Katherine celebrated her win with a “party themed” lesson made even more special as two pupils George and Ava turned 3.
