The event, which will be taking place online between 2pm and 4pm, is being made available for everyone to view on the Microsoft Teams video platform via https://www.ruh.nhs.uk/AGMlive.

The annual general meeting will also include presentations from staff about the hospital’s culture and people, as well as reports on the RUH Trust’s operational and financial performance, the annual report of the Council of Governors and an update about the progress on priorities for 2020/21.

Trust Chair Alison Ryan said: “This meeting is the perfect opportunity for people to find out more about how the RUH has fared during what has been another very challenging 12months.

“We will be sharing the progress we have made over the last year as well as looking ahead at what the future might hold for the RUH.

“We will also be updating on our financial position, our objectives and priorities, and finding our more about the experiences of our staff who work for the Trust.

“It’s also your chance to ask us any questions you may have on issues relating to the RUH and the NHS.

“You can submit questions to the Membership Office in advance or you can ask your questions on the day during the live question and answer session.”

If you have any questions about the event, contact the Membership Office on 01225 826288 or 821262 or at [email protected].
