A public information event is to be held on 19th July to allow people to view plans for the next stage of the Bath Riverside development.
Crest Nicholson Regeneration are inviting people to the Green Park Brasserie from 3pm-7pm to view the proposals for approximately 270 new homes, and representatives will be available to answer any questions about the scheme.
There will also be the opportunity for people to leave their feedback regarding this next phase designed by architects Holder Mathias.
Crest Nicholson Regeneration intends to submit a detailed planning application this summer for buildings B11, B13 and B15 which will be similar to the newly built Imperial, Palladian and Highgate buildings. The plans will incorporate new homes including around 70 affordable apartments, communal courtyard gardens and undercroft parking.
The next phase will also continue the theme of art throughout the development, incorporating elements such as bronze casts, stone carvings and etched windows which have become a popular stand out feature of Bath Riverside.
The regeneration of Bath Riverside is now in its third year, and has created 300 new homes for the city with the first residents moving in in October 2011.
Managing Director of Crest Nicholson Debbie Aplin said: “Bath Riverside is continuing to evolve and has already created its own unique identity within the city. We intend to create these new homes following the same design principles, complementing the existing buildings as the site progresses.
“We’re keen to meet with members of the Bath community to find out what they think, and to answer any questions they may have at this time, and to show them how well the site has progressed since work started.”
