Woman set to go on trial after denying two drug-driving offences
A Bath woman facing two counts of drug-driving will go on trial at Bath Magistrates’ Court early next year.

Pagan Taylor, of Ridge Green Close at Odd Down, is accused of driving on Sulis Manor Road on 20th January 2025 while over the specified limit of two controlled drugs.
Taylor is said to have had 7.9 micrograms of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis, in her blood. The legal limit is two micrograms.
She is also alleged to have had 179 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine, a main metabolite of cocaine, in her blood, which exceeded the specified limit of 50 micrograms.
In court on Wednesday, 6th August, Taylor pleaded not guilty to the two charges.
Her trial will be on 20th January 2026. The 38-year-old was granted unconditional bail.
