30-year-old Bath woman is fined for wilful obstruction of a police officer
A police officer used pepper spray on a woman who was trying to prevent an arrest in Bath.

At Bath Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 15th July, Charlotte Hutton, 30, admitted she had wilfully obstructed the police officer in the execution of her duty.
The officer had been trying to arrest Hutton’s friend for shoplifting on 10th June.
Hutton, who is currently living in Southdown, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a court surcharge of £32 and prosecution costs of £85.
