Witnesses being sought after woman threatened with broken bottle

A 40-year-old man has been arrested after a woman was threatened with a broken bottle in the centre of Bath.

The man was arrested on suspicion of affray following the incident, which is reported to have taken place in Dorchester Street at around 5.30am on Saturday 27th September.

He has since been released on conditional bail.

Police enquiries are ongoing into the incident involving the bottle, while separate threats were also made against members of the public.

CCTV enquiries are being carried out into the incident, and witnesses and other potential victims are asked to contact officers.
