A Bath man will go on trial at Bristol Crown Court on a charge of unlawfully and maliciously wounding his neighbour without intent.
Bruce Saunders, of Ballance Street, Lansdown, appeared before Bath magistrates on Wednesday, 6th August.
He denied the charge which relates to an alleged offence against Shaun Phillips in Bath on 12th April last year.
The case was sent to the Crown Court, where there will be a pre-trial hearing on 3rd September.
Saunders, who is 62, was granted unconditional bail.
