Avon and Somerset Police have launched an appeal for help from the public to identify a man following a burglary in Bath earlier this year.

Officers would like to speak to the man in the CCTV image as part of their ongoing investigation, as they believe he has information which could help them.

He is described as white, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build, with facial hair. He is shown wearing a blue hoodie, black trousers and blue shoes.

He is also wearing a black hat and carrying a black backpack.

Police were called between 5.30-6.30pm to Jolly’s on Milsom Street in Bath, on 8th January after an intruder set off an alarm.

An unknown man walked around the store, took multiple items and left before officers arrived.

If you recognise the man photographed, or have any other information, please call the police on 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5223005752.

Alternatively you can complete the online appeals form here.
