Avon and Somerset Police are continuing to investigate the death of 53-year-old Patrick Sullivan in Bath last week, who died at the RUH after being discovered seriously injured at a property in Abbey Green.

One of the three men arrested has been released without charge.

The two other men who were arrested, aged 60 and 63, have been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.

Officers are particularly interested in piecing together Mr Sullivan’s movements on 15th & 16th December.

They are urging anyone with information to contact the investigation team on the force number 101, quoting the reference Operation Newton 5215064211.
