Police appeal launched after woman assaulted in Bath store

Police have launched an appeal for witnesses to an assault which happened at a city centre store on Saturday 12th April.

A woman was approached from behind by a man inside the TK Maxx store on the High Street, who reportedly put her in a headlock and strangled her.

Officers say several people would have seen the incident, and they are asking those people to come forward with information.

The incident has been linked to an ongoing investigation by Wiltshire Police.
