Police appeal for witnesses following robbery near Bath Spa railway station

Avon and Somerset Police have launched an appeal for witnesses following a robbery near Bath Spa railway station earlier this month.

The incident took place on 13th July at approximately 10.30am in the tunnel close to Brunel Square.

A woman was approached by another woman who attacked and robbed her.

The suspect is described as white, approximately 5ft 2ins tall, of a medium build and in her 40s.

She had short dark curly hair.

She was wearing dark trousers and a dark coat. She was also wearing a round bowler style sun hat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting crime reference number 5216154043.
