Avon and Somerset Police have launched an appeal for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Keynsham, in which a man was injured after his vehicle collided with a wall.
A green VW Golf, registration number R121 DNC, was seen driving along Charlton Road and Woollard Lane at approximately 5.20am on 5th April before colliding with a wall on Queen Charlton Lane.
The male driver was injured and required hospital treatment.
As police officers were following the vehicle for a short time prior to the collision, a referral has been made to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
Avon and Somerset Police need to hear from anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the collision.
