Man charged with drug offences after stop-check in central Bath

A 32-year-old man has been charged with drug offences after a stop-check by police on patrol in Kingsmead Square in Bath.

Louie Mulholland, of no fixed address, appeared at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 4th December.

He faced four counts of possession with intent to supply (crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis and amphetamines) and a further count of possession of criminal property.

He was remanded into custody, and will next appear at Bristol Crown Court on Friday 16th January.
