36-year-old man arrested in Odd Down after disorder involving knife

Avon and Somerset Police have arrested a 36-year-old man following an incident of disorder in the Burnt House Road area of Odd Down yesterday, Sunday 16th August.

Police received reports at around 4.25pm of an incident involving a number of people and a man carrying a knife.

A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of a bladed article in a public place.

The man remains in custody. Two knives have been recovered.

Police say their enquiries into the incident are continuing.
