An 18-year-old from Whiteway has appeared before Bath magistrates for offences including a burglary at a city centre off-licence.

On Wednesday, 28th May, Axle Fletcher indicated a guilty plea to entering Booze Bros in Terrace Walk on 3rd April as a trespasser, along with a youth, and stealing vapes and vodka worth £860.

At the hearing, Fletcher, of Rosewarn Close, also indicated a guilty plea for possession of 2.8g of cannabis at North Parade on 10th April.

Fletcher had previously admitted taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent at Orchid Drive on 24th September last year.

He had also indicated a guilty plea for possessing 1g of cannabis on the same day at Orchid Drive.

At the hearing, magistrates ordered probation reports and Fletcher was granted unconditional bail.

He is due back in court on 25th June.
