Bath magistrates issued three warrants without bail for defendants who failed to turn up in court yesterday, Monday 20th October.

The first who had been due to attend was Emma Ingram, of Haycombe Drive in Southdown.
The 47-year-old is accused of stealing eight Dairylea Dunkers and a pack of Foster’s totalling £25.80 from the Co-op in Mount Road, Southdown on 4th September.
The second was 34-year-old Harriet Attinger, of Gay Street in the city centre, who it is alleged stole items including hair products, nail polish and earrings from Sally Beauty in Westgate Buildings in Bath on 23rd April.
The third defendant who failed to attend was Diarmuid Hanley, of Sladebrook Avenue, Southdown. The 63-year-old is charged with being in possession of a four-inch blade in a public place in the city on 5th October.
Update | Friday 24th October
Attinger appeared in court on Friday 24th October voluntarily, saying she had not received the requisition due to it being sent to an old address.
Magistrates withdrew the warrant and adjourned the case until 17th November. She was granted unconditional bail.
