Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for the public’s help following a serious sexual assault in the centre of Bath over the weekend, and have released an e-fit as part of the investigation.
The incident happened at about 1am on Saturday 30th September.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area between Manvers Street and Bath Spa railway station around that time who may have seen a distressed woman.
Police are keen to trace a potential witness, the driver of a dark coloured car, which they believe was at the railway station at about 12.55am. Officers think the driver may have spoken to the victim.
Anyone recognising the man in the image released is asked to call 101 quoting reference 5217223033.
