Avon and Somerset Police have launched an appeal for witnesses after a motorcyclist died in a collision on the A36 near Bath on Sunday evening, 20th May.
The incident happened at about 7pm on Sunday, 20th May, at the Norton St Philip junction of the A36 with Tellisford Lane.
As the Suzuki GSX 1400 travelled north along the A36 it was involved in a collision with a Renault Captur.
Sadly the rider of the motorbike, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

His passenger, a woman who was riding pillion, was treated for minor injuries.
A 28-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the collision or the vehicles in the moments beforehand.
