An anti-social neighbour who failed to comply with a community protection notice on three occasions has been fined £50 for each offence by Bath magistrates.

Claire Kite, of Blackdown Way, Midsomer Norton, pleaded guilty when she appeared in the dock on Wednesday 30th July.
The court heard that on 17th June, the 42-year-old had failed to comply with the notice by allowing two men to enter the property between 10pm and 7am.
On 20th June, she allowed more than two people in between those times and again the following day allowed more than one person in overnight.
Magistrates heard that her “associates” had recently smashed up everything in the property and it is unsafe for her to be there.
She has been served an eviction notice to get out by Friday, 8th August, and is “sofa surfing” while her children are being cared for by her mother.
As well as the fines, Kite was ordered to pay Probation Service costs of £85 and a surcharge of £60.
She was also in breach of a community order. The court revoked it and Kite was given a new 18-month community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement (RAR) days.
