A woman was rushed to Southmead Hospital in Bristol on Saturday evening, 21st September, after being involved in an incident on Mount Road in Bath.

Emergency services were called to the scene at around 6.30pm following the collision, which involved a woman and two vehicles.
The woman sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital.

The incident was attended by two air ambulances, the Wiltshire Air Ambulance and the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, both of which landed in Whiteway Green.
In a statement, Avon & Somerset Police said: “The ambulance service made us aware they were dealing with an incident in the Mount Road area at about 6.30pm.
“The woman is understood to have sustained serious injuries in an incident involving two motor vehicles.”

A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 18:24hrs on Saturday 21 September to a road traffic collision in Bath.
“We sent two double-crewed land ambulances, two air ambulances, two operation officers, and the hazardous area response team to the scene.
“We conveyed one patient by land ambulance to Southmead Hospital”.
