Avon & Somerset Police have launched an appeal for witnesses and footage after a serious collision in Bath on Saturday evening, 11th October.

An investigation is under way into the incident, which involved a motorcycle and a pedestrian.
The collision on Rossiter Road happened just before 7.40pm. The motorcyclist went on to collide with a grey Ford Transit Connect.
A pedestrian and the rider of the motorbike both were taken to hospital where they remain. Their next of kin have been made aware.
The scene was attended by the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance, which later flew to Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
The pedestrian’s injuries are currently described as potentially life-threatening.
The motorcyclist remains in a serious condition. Thankfully, the Ford driver was uninjured.
The road was closed between Churchill Bridge and Pulteney Road for collision investigation and recovery of the motorcycle, a blue Yamaha DT125R.
It was reopened by 1.45am on Sunday 12th October.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 19:39hrs on Saturday 11 October to a road traffic collision in Bath.
“We sent three double-crewed land ambulances, an air ambulance, three critical care cars, an operations officer, and the hazardous area response team to the scene.
“We conveyed two patients by land ambulances to Southmead Hospital.”
