Bath & North East Somerset Council is planning to temporarily close a key route in Widcombe to carry out road improvement works.
The closure affects Widcombe Hill from the junction with Claverton Street/Pulteney Road to Tyning End.
The closure order starts on Monday 3rd March and is for a maximum of six months, but the work is anticipated to take four weeks.
Diversions will be place both clockwise and anti-clockwise.
