A new website has been launched to provide information and signposting to adults who need care or support to live independently in the area.
Live Well B&NES adults replaces Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Wellbeing Options service, and provides information and resources on a variety of topics including:
- Housing options
- Home care providers
- Financial support services
- Organisations to help you make important decisions
- Support to maintain health and mental wellbeing
- Local clubs and activities
Councillor Alison Born, joint cabinet member for Adult Services and Council House Building, said: “It’s really important that people are empowered to lead full and independent lives.
“Across Bath and North East Somerset we have a comprehensive range of support services to help people to stay living in their own homes.
“By visiting Live Well B&NES adults you can find their details in just a few clicks. The website is clear and easy to navigate and I’m sure will prove invaluable to users.”
The site is being regularly updated to provide the very latest information.
