Members of the public are being given the chance to give further feedback on plans for the former Bath Gasworks site in Bath ahead of the submission of a planning application later in the year.

The latest proposals by St William, which was formed as a joint venture between the Berkeley Group and National Grid to regenerate underutilised gasworks and gasholder sites, including Bath Gasworks, will be on show at the end of May.
The second public exhibition for the site will take place over three days at two locations in the city:
- Wednesday 25th May: 12noon – 4pm at Green Park Station Foyer, Green Park Road, Bath, BA1 1JB
- Thursday 26th May: 5pm – 8pm at Coffee #1, Bath Riverside, Bath, BA2 3GG
- Saturday 28th May: 11am – 3pm at Green Park Station Foyer, Green Park Road, Bath, BA1 1JB.
The information displayed at the public exhibition and an online feedback form will also be available at www.bathgasworks.com from 25th May 2022.
The underutilised former gasworks, located off Windsor Bridge Road, forms part of the wider Bath Western Riverside area which is allocated for a high-density urban form development in Bath and North East Somerset Council’s adopted Development Plan.
The St William site has the capacity to accommodate approximately 600 – 650 new homes alongside public open space, non-residential uses, a sustainable transport route and areas dedicated to ecology.
