Local residents are being invited to welcome in the festive season by enjoying an evening of performances, readings and refreshments in aid of the RUHX charity.

The event at All Saints Church in Weston on Tuesday 10th December will be hosted by celebrity antiques expert Paul Martin.

It will feature live performances from local choirs, bands and solo musicians, and there will be readings from members of the community and RUH staff members.

There will also be the chance to win festive prizes in the Christmas raffle and enjoy seasonal refreshments and treats.

Ruby Guymer-Parker, Community & Volunteer Officer, RUHX said: “We’re really excited to be holding this event in the heart of the local community.

“2024 is an important year for RUHX as we celebrate our 25th anniversary as Official NHS Charity of the Royal United Hospitals Bath, and we can’t wait to celebrate on the 10th December.

“This event is open to everyone, all in support of your local hospital, to help the RUH to do more for our patients, their families, and our amazing NHS staff.”

You can find further information about the musicians and speakers on the RUHX website at RUHX.org.uk.

The concert will take place between 6pm – 8.30pm. Adult tickets cost £16, with child tickets at £7. Tickets are available here.
