Royal Mail’s recent Quality of Service report has revealed that it exceeded targets for delivering First Class mail across the BA postcode area, with nearly 94% delivered the next working day.
Royal Mail’s Quality of Service report for the first three quarters of the 2018-19 financial year shows it met its regulatory First Class mail target in the BA postcode area, with 93.7 per cent of mail delivered the next working day.
Royal Mail is the only UK mail delivery company required to publish Quality of Service performance against delivery targets every quarter. It has one of the highest Quality of Service specifications of any major European country.
The latest quarterly report for the nine months leading up to 2nd December 2018 was published on Royal Mail’s website.
