Crest Nicholson Regeneration will be holding a public exhibition on Thursday 9th March at Green Park Station, giving members of the public the chance to find out about the next phase of Bath Riverside.

The event, which will run from 3pm until 7.30pm, is to inform members of the public about the next phase of new homes at Bath Riverside.

Crest Nicholson Regeneration is seeking permission to create 54 new apartments and associated parking spaces on land adjacent to Stothert Avenue and Midland Road.

Bath and North East Somerset Council agreed outline planning permission for the entire site in 2010 and to date nearly 700 new homes have been built.

Representatives of the Crest Nicholson Regeneration team will be available to give an overview of the project to date and answer any questions.

The exhibition will also be available to view online at www.bathwesternriverside.com from 10th – 17th March.
