Mayden House Ltd at 1 Widcombe Crescent is currently used as offices.
It was originally a home and much of the crescent is still in residential use, so the conversion would be “entirely in character”, said the planning application.
Given that the property already has a kitchen and bathrooms, it is considered that it can be converted back to residential use with minimal alteration.
There would be fewer car journeys compared to the current office use and the property is said to have “excellent” links to local services and facilities, as well as public transport.
