Residents and tourists are being invited to gain a unique perspective of the city centre thanks to a new paddleboarding venture which has launched at Bath Riverside.
Original Wild will switch their operations to a new launch site near Victoria Bridge, allowing boarders to take a leisurely paddle back upstream to world-renowned Pulteney Bridge.
Founder director Kyle Worgan said paddleboarding was an ideal fun and fitness activity for people from 8-75 years of age.
Kyle said: “We are really excited at the opportunity to launch beneath Royal View for an hour return journey to Pulteney Weir, where paddlers can have their photo taken against the backdrop of the famous bridge.
“We are passionate about getting people to experience the outdoors and this exciting new partnership will enable people to try new activities such as stand up paddleboarding at Bath Riverside.
“You can experience high quality adventures led by outdoors experts from this great city location!
“Our Adventure Experts aim to provide customers with the best possible experience using qualified instructors and latest safety equipment.”
Original Wild also offer adventure activities such as kayaking, Code Break Bath challenge, climbing, raft-building as well as corporate team days, outdoors and first aid training.
