Provider Anchor is encouraging people to tour the site on Beckford Drive in Lansdown on Tuesday 13th February between 10.30am and 2.30pm.

The development offers 72 one and two-bedroom apartments, along with communal areas and an onsite cafe.

Anchor staff will be available to answer any questions throughout the event.

Maxine Dark, Anchor’s Location Manager at Pemberley Place, said: “We are excited to host an open day at Pemberley Place, allowing residents and prospective buyers to explore the beautiful apartments and discover all that the development has to offer.

“We hope that this event gives guests the opportunity to have their questions about later living answered and shows firsthand the unique community we have at Pemberley Place.”

The apartments are designed for people over 55 and are available to rent or buy with Shared Ownership.

For more information about Pemberley Place and the apartments available, or to visit the show home, visit https://www.anchor.org.uk/our-properties/pemberley-place-bath or call 01225 637542.
