Locals across Peasedown St John are being invited to get festive by the Residents’ Association, which is hosting a free Christmas cookery workshop on Wednesday 5th December.

The afternoon event has been put together to give local people some ideas and inspiration to help make their time in the kitchen this Christmas one to remember.

Residents’ Association Secretary, Nathan Hartley, commented: “This is the latest in a string of free community events we’re hosting over the festive season.

“Many people told us they wanted help with ‘the basics’ this Christmas, and guidance on what yuletide snacks they could prepare quickly and easily for their families over the busy holiday period.

“So, in response to public demand – we’re pleased to be hosting this event.”

The Christmas Cooking Workshop will be run by Joy Gosz and Cllr Karen Walker.

To register for your free place email: [email protected] or go to www.facebook.com/PeasedownResidents.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday 5th December, between 4pm – 6pm, at St John’s Community Hall, St John’s Close (BA2 8JG).
