Hi, we’re HUB and we’re hosting a fun-filled exhibition at the Percy Community Centre on Saturday 18th May between 10am and 5pm to discuss the latest designs for the former Homebase site on Pines Way.

You may have read about our plans here, or seen us in town at one of our previous community engagement events.

We want to create a vibrant mixed-use community at Pines Way, comprising professionally-managed rental homes, affordable housing, commercial and retail spaces, enhanced public realm areas and new pedestrian and cycle routes.

We’re hosting an event to give you the opportunity to connect with our design and development team, discuss the project, and see how we’ve incorporated community insights from our previous events and workshops.

We would also love for you to continue to share your ideas and feedback to help further refine our plans for the site.

Join us for a family-friendly, fun-packed event with food and refreshments, arts and crafts, free kids’ activities, soft play, inflatables, music, and more:

  • Date: Saturday 18th May
    Time: 10am – 5pm
Location: Percy Community Centre, New King Street, Bath, BA1 2BN

If you’d like to stay up to date on project news, find out about opportunities to support the consultation process or speak to someone in the team, visit our consultation website, or get in touch directly – we would be happy to talk.

  • Web: www.pineswayredevelopment.com
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Tel: 01225 587 856

Thank you to everyone who has already contributed to the conversation.

We had over 230 conversations at our last Community Conversations Pop-Up event at Green Park Market on 22nd March. We have used insights gained there to shape our design and our upcoming event. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to all the businesses trading that day who made us feel welcome and part of the community.
