NHS staff are being offered free tickets to the Maidstone United match at Bath City FC’s Twerton Park this Saturday, 25th September, to thank them for their ongoing efforts.
Last year, Bath City fans donated over £53,000 to help the club compete in the promotion play-offs and give the team a firm foundation for the 20/21 season.
In doing so, the generous supporters secured 1,350 free tickets for NHS staff and carers as a thank you from them and the club.
This Saturday, the club is starting to make those tickets available to local NHS heroes, inviting all NHS and RUH staff to the Maidstone United match free of charge.
There will be further opportunities for those who can’t make it this Saturday to attend later in the season, and the club will also designate a different future match specifically for carers.
To gain free entry, RUH and NHS employees are requested to present their official ID at gate 17 at the Bristol End of the ground. Free entry is for the terraces and Family Stand.
Kick-off is 3pm, but gates open at 1.45pm and everyone taking up the offer is advised to arrive in good time to reduce queueing and to ensure entry before the start of the match.
