Fly-tippers have completely blocked a country lane near Keynsham by dumping around 30 bags of rubbish along with furniture including a sofa and divan bed.

The fly-tipped rubbish on Dapwell Lane
Dapwell Lane links Charlton Road with Queen Charlton.
There is household waste in the pile, including receipts, which could give investigators a clue as to who is responsible.
Other items include a windbreak and insulation material.
Bath & North East Somerset Council is responsible for clearing, investigating and taking action against anyone caught fly-tipping on public land.
It is illegal to fly-tip and anyone caught doing so is liable to prosecution, with fines of up to £50,000 or five years in prison.
The council uses CCTV and warning signs in some hotspots to investigate and deter fly-tipping. One such place is at the Queen Charlton end of Dapwell Lane.
We asked Bath & North East Somerset Council to comment on the situation yesterday, but had not received one at the time of publishing.
