SouthGate Bath’s Christmas celebrations are in full swing and there’s more festive fun to be had this weekend with a free storytelling session on offer for youngsters.
On Saturday 7th December, the shopping centre will be hosting free Christmas-themed storytelling sessions for little ones with free cups of hot chocolate up for grabs for the first 100 guests.
The event, hosted at the Gingerbread Bar between 11am and 4pm, is in aid of Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day so families are encouraged to go along in their best festive jumpers and make a small donation to the charity.
SouthGate Bath will also be giving families the chance to meet Santa for free on Saturday 21st December, between 11am and 4pm to share their Christmas wishes.
Guy Henderson, centre manager at SouthGate Bath, said: “We’re getting into the Christmas spirit here at SouthGate! It’s lovely to see friends and family spending time together at the centre – choosing gifts or catching up at our Gingerbread Bar.
“We’re looking forward to seeing more shoppers enjoy the storytelling session this weekend!”
SouthGate Bath is hosting late-night Christmas shopping every Thursday, with the centre open until 8pm in the run-up to Christmas.
