Grenville Jones founded the choir in 2006 and stepped down at the end of 2022 as conductor. His son, Laurie, has taken on the leadership role as Musical Director.

The ‘Boys from Bath’ have entertained audiences across the UK and toured Europe and the world, performing in some of the most prestigious concert venues.

In 2008 they achieved national acclaim when they reached the finals of the BBC television choir competition Last Choir Standing.

Their repertoire includes traditional, pop, gospel, musicals and secular music.

As one of the most well-known and respected choirs in the country, the Bath-based Jane Lilley Singers have a strong reputation and a loyal following of people of all ages and backgrounds.

Jane formed her choir 50 years ago with 12 family members and friends. They went on to win numerous competitions, have recorded more than 20 albums, sung on Radios 1, 2 3, and 4 plus the World Service, and performed on television. They enjoy singing music from many different genres.

Door at St Luke’s in Hatfield Road open at 6.30pm and the concert starts at 7pm.

Tickets, priced £10, are on sale from grenvillemusic.ticketlight.co.uk and will also be available on the door on the night.
