The forum is an opportunity for members of the public to hear, and ask questions about transport services across the region, which includes the Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol City and South Gloucestershire council areas.
West of England Mayor, Tim Bowles, will talk about his and WECA’s role in planning transport at a regional level.
He will also talk about the Joint Local Transport Plan (JLTP), which is out to public consultation until 20th March, and there will be an opportunity for attendees to take part in the consultation.
First West of England Managing Director, James Freeman and Dan Oakey, Regional Development Manager with GWR will provide updates and answer questions from the public.
Anyone interested in attending should register via Eventbrite (regionaltransportforum.eventbrite.co.uk) by noon on Monday 4th March.
Members of the public will be invited to submit questions related to the agenda items, to GWR, First or the Mayor, at the start of the meeting.
The forum starts at 4.30pm and will run until 6pm.
