It’s been announced that comedian Jimmy Carr will be returning to Bath next May with his new tour Funny Business.

Carr has previously performed in Bath for two nights last year, with his then tour Gagging Order.

Although he’s been described as ‘the hardest working man in comedy’, he is renowned for boundary-challenging humour and he’s seen regularly on Channel 4 and on the BBC.

On stage Carr’s stand-up tours have been seen by over 1.5 million people and on television he has hosted Channel 4’s popular panel show 8 Out Of 10 Cats for the last decade.

As well as his UK success, Jimmy has a growing reputation as a truly international star, playing to packed houses in Canada, South Africa, Australia and Ireland.

The tour arrives in Bath on Friday 16th May at Bath Pavilion, tickets will cost £27.50.

You can watch Jimmy on the BBC’s Would I Lie To You below.
