The Bath Cake Company has announced that they will be opening a brand new Cake Decorating School in the New Year.
Already established with fantastic cake decorating classes that are currently held in their shop, the new school will allow them to increase the number of students each week and hold brand new classes across more dates.
The new school will be located next door to the shop at the bottom of Lansdown Road, Bath.
The new classes for 2014 include a Valentines Cupcake class, Owl and Teddy Bear Modeling and a Three Tier Wedding Cake class. Old favourites like the Two Tier Celebration Cake with Wired Sugar Flowers and Classic Cupcakes class will also be continuing.
Alongside cake decorating classes they’ll be offering the PME Professional Diploma Courses and Masters Certificate.
The PME Diploma Courses and Masters Certificate are internationally recognised awards. They are perfect for those anticipating selling cakes either to family and friends, as a commercial business or for anyone who would like an official qualification for their skills.
Celia Adams, Bath Cake Company’s founder, is PME Approved to teach these internationally recognised qualifications. With years of teaching and decorating experience, she will help students on their way to becoming a cake decorator with creativity, technique and a PME Award that is recognised worldwide.
