The Starbucks at Bath Spa railway station
In its application for planning permission, the company says it wants to upgrade the coffee shop to the latest store brand concept which is being rolled out at railway stations across the country.
It says: “The new Starbucks concept will enhance the customer experience and introduce new products to the current range.”
Special consent is required as the station in Bath is Grade II listed.
Documents submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council state that internal and external alterations for the new fit-out along with new signage. No structural works are proposed.
The planning reference is 24/01451/LBA. The deadline for comments is 4th July.
