The Hollister fashion store in St Lawrence Street in SouthGate in Bath has closed down this month, with upmarket beauty company Space NK set to move in later this year.

Space NK plans to relocate from its current outlet at New Bond Street Place.

There is a current planning application from the company relating to the installation of a shopfront at ground floor level at 17 St Lawrence Street, including illuminated signage, which is being considered by Bath & North East Somerset Council.

The application says: “The style is modern and is complementary to adjacent shopfronts in the square, which are of contemporary styling.”

The council is set to determine the application this month.
